1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During sales, holidays, weather events, carrier delays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes where supported by the carrier. For APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories, delivery times may be longer and some shipping methods may be unavailable.
3. Carriers
We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional carriers. Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, weight, service availability, and cost.
4. Shipping Rates and Timing
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and selected service. Estimated delivery after processing:
- Standard: approximately 3–7 business days
- Expedited: approximately 1–3 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking scans to appear.
6. Address Changes
If you need to change an address, contact us immediately at zaooohstgu@iubridge.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been packed, labeled, or handed to the carrier.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, shows delivered but not received, or appears lost, contact us and the carrier. We will help open an investigation where possible. For marked-delivered packages, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, leasing offices, and safe locations first. Resolution may include carrier claim, replacement, or refund at our discretion and may require a police report for theft where applicable.
8. Damaged in Transit
Keep the packaging and item, take photos of the box, label, and damage, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
9. Split Shipments
Items may ship separately based on inventory and warehouse availability. You will receive tracking for each shipment when available.
10. Duties and Taxes
For U.S. domestic shipments, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and any forwarding/reshipment fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
